This is a lovely 1930 s Whiting & Davis Art Deco silver mesh rhinestone clasp purse.

The outside of the purse is in very good condition.  It s a lovely shiny bag with a beautiful rhinestone clasp and a pretty Art Deco frame.  It has no missing rhinestones and all have beautiful sparkle and coloration. The interior is in nice condition, with no rips or tears.  It does have some slight age related discoloration to the white satin fabric.  It is hallmarked with the Whiting & Davis tag, as well as a hallmark on the frame which can be seen in our photos.

It opens and closes without issues, and is a gorgeous piece that would be great for those special occasions or night out on the town. This purse would make a wonderful wedding purse for the bride to be.

The purse measures approximately 6 inches in width across the bottom, and about 4 1 4 inches in height, not including the chain.  The chain adds an additional approximate 5 1 4 inch drop from the top of the frame.
