Description

This is a lovely 1940 s vintage Evans deep orange enameled guilloche ashtray or bowl for candy or nuts; with a lovely hand painted pinecone design.  A great piece to display.

It s in wonderful condition, with only very faint signs of wear, no serious damage. No chips, cracks or crazing.

The tray measures approximately 9 1 2 inches in length by 5 1 2 inches in width at the widest point; and is approximately 1 1 4 inches in height.

It is hallmarked on the bottom brass base with the Evans name.

The piece would work well for holding candy or nuts. It could also be used as an ashtray.
