A beautiful and very unique vintage Art Deco 1920 s Whiting & Davis gold mesh and black enamel little evening bag.

The piece is in wonderful condition, with no damage to the mesh, enamel or the interior satin lining. The gold tone frame does have some slight tarnish, as does the intricate engraved chain, but it only adds to the charm of this fantastic purse.

If the piece was used it doesn t show it from the clean lining, that has no rips, holes, stains or damage of any kind.

The bag is hallmarked with the Whiting & Davis tag inside.

It measures 5 inches in length by 3 inches in width at the widest point, with an 8 inch chain.
